  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Items purchased on sale or special offers (if applicable)

    Since our products are customized, returns are not accepted unless:

    โ€ข The wrong item is delivered

  • Once your return is approved and product is received, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • Return shipping will be covered by us only if the issue is from our side
