We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
๐ To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Items purchased on sale or special offers (if applicable)
Since our products are customized, returns are not accepted unless:

โข The wrong item is delivered

- Once your return is approved and product is received, the refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method

- In case of damaged/wrong product, we offer free replacement (subject to verification)
๐ Shipping Charges
- Return shipping will be covered by us only if the issue is from our side
- Otherwise, customer may need to bear shipping cost
